Evgeniia Tretiakova is the owner of @mj_beauty_academy and @bogema_ps, and an ambassador for the brands Hanafy and Inlei. She is a certified trainer in eyelash extensions, lash and brow lift, as well as permanent makeup for eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner.

Evgeniia began her career in the beauty industry in 2011. She studied at one of the leading schools in Moscow, and completed her basic permanent makeup course at @mozarina_school, which she is truly proud of.

In 2024, she won 1st place in the Powder Brows category and 2nd place in the Lipstick Effect category at the international WULOP championship in Jordan. She was also a participant in WULOP Turkey 2024.

Evgeniia is the organizer of the first Arabic-language online marathon on permanent makeup and brows in Palestine and Israel — @pmu_brow_marathon.

Combining many years of hands-on experience working with eyebrows — from classic correction and tinting to permanent makeup — she developed her own signature technique, Smart Powder. This technique creates a soft veil-like effect on the brows without shifting into unwanted tones. Evgeniia actively promotes a personalized approach to each client’s face, highlighting their individuality and natural beauty.
