Master Linh Nham is the founder and head master of Eli Nam Academy and PMU INTERNATIONAL Workshop. Since 2016, she has been a leading figure in the permanent makeup industry, earning both national and international acclaim.

She is a winner of the Asian Gold Tattoo Award (Korea, 2016) and ranked among the Top 10 at the Asian Beauty Golden Hand Awards. A former assistant to Grand Master Huong Phan, she has served as a judge at numerous prestigious competitions, including Vietnam–Korea Beauty Skills Contest, Best Talent Golden Master, Best Face PMU Season 2, Fire Show PMU 1–2, GLOBAL PMU VIETNAM 2022, and as Head Judge for 3D Hairstroke on skin at THE START PMU SHOW 2024. In 2024, she was also the senior advisor for the PMU VIETNAM ancestral tribute ceremony.

As an international speaker, Master Linh Nham has shared her expertise at major events such as PMU Global Contest 2019, Red Max Championship (Russia), PMU Gold 2020 (Poland), INTERUNIM (Russia), PMU Congress (Ukraine, 2020), MASTER CLASS THAILAND 2022, WULOP THAILAND 2023, PMU CAMBODIA 2023, and THANK YOU RANEE THAILAND 2023. She was also a Non-Stop Speaker at WULOP Russia 2024 and named Brow Expert at the Việt Nam PMU Award 2025.

A recognized authority in the Hairstroke technique, she regularly conducts advanced training classes on the latest methods. Since founding Eli Nam Academy, Master Linh Nham has proudly trained thousands of students and continues to nurture a new generation of rising PMU stars across Vietnam and beyond.
