Majdi Alhadweh was born in Bethlehem, Palestine. He earned a higher education degree in International Economics, completing his master's studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). He began his professional career as an assistant accountant at Duma Club.

In 2015, Majdi founded his own travel agency in Palestine, obtaining an official license for tourism operations, as well as certifications as a tour guide and translator between Russian and Arabic.

The COVID-19 pandemic marked a turning point in his career, prompting him to shift his focus to the beauty industry. Together with his partner Zhenya, he founded the Bogema brand, specializing in eyelash extension products. In addition, they became official representatives of the InLei and Hanafy brands in Palestine.

Majdi’s professional journey is a testament to the successful combination of international education, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
