Her journey began in 2016 when she decided to pursue a career as a cosmetologist and permanent makeup specialist. Since then, she has made significant strides in the industry, becoming a highly respected figure.

Serap is the proud owner of the Bayraklı studio in Izmir, where she not only practices her craft but also shares her knowledge with others through comprehensive training programs. Her commitment to excellence has led her to open branches in Germany (Duisburg) and Turkey (Antalya), expanding her reach and influence.

One of Serap's passions is teaching, and she has conducted VIP training sessions for over 60 students. Her dedication to education is evident in her role as a non-stop speaker at the PMU Cappadocia 2023, where she focused on the powder brow technique. Her expertise covers a wide range of techniques, including microblading, powder brows, eyeliner, soft liner, microshading, and permanent lip makeup.
